DETENTION

Any Gabrielly is an extroverted Brazilian girl who has just moved with her mother and younger sister to California in the United States, as it will be easier for Any to achieve her dreams; to be an artist known all over the world.
Beckham High School is a very popular private high school in California, especially among foreigners who have just moved in.
On her first day at BHS, Any ends up in detention for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. What she did not realize, is that in this detention she would make friends with people from all over the world, who by chance, share the same dream as her.

However, Any ends up getting involved with the person with the worst reputation on their friends' wheel; Josh Beauchamp, a recurring student who was born in Canada and is not receives praise from Any's friends. What she does not know yet, is whether her new friends are right about him or are just exaggerating.

"I stare at him and open my mouth several times, but no sound comes out and I do not know what to say." He leans his head back on the bench and watches me with a amused expression.

"What's it? I ask impatiently."

"It's too early to fall in love with me, do not you think?" he asks, still with the same amused expression on his face.
