In the state of Oregon, it was mandatory to get an Insane test by the age of 12 in order to get a job or go to any school. When Dipper Pines takes the test and fails, it completely changes his life. He meets his new best friend and possible crush, Bill, who makes him happier than he's ever been, but he also never sees his family, and more importantly, Mabel. Things also seem shady in the government facility and there are holes in their reasoning. What's really going on here?
