In the mid-1980s, the Monkees are hot stuff again after MTV has reintroduced them to a whole new generation of fans.  The executives at their old recording label wants them to record some new tunes for a 20th anniversary album and go on a reunion tour to support it.  But over the years, there have been fractures and conflicts sown between various members of the band.  Loyalties have been tested and goodwill has been squandered.  Will the family be able to pull the band back together and give their old and new fans what they want?  Or will egos, hurt feelings, betrayals and wreckage from the past prevent an epic reunion that seems to be written in the stars?

This is Volume 3 of a trilogy of stories.  The series is called The Monkees Family.
