16-year-old Emily lives in a stereotypical american family. Her Dad's working at an office, her mom's staying home. She and her twin are both sophomores at the local high school. Her older sister is getting off to college. But there's something off. Emily's sister is sick with anorexia, while Emily and Ben, the twins, are trying to cope with bulimia, depression and alcoholism. This is a story about siblings. And a story about the struggles of life.
