Are you even a werewolf without a mate? It's a question that's been asked by werewolf kind for centuries.
But with this book arises a new question: are you a werewolf without a wolf? It's still there but, dormant, deep inside of you,
You can't feel it, don't know it's there, but it is. For reasons unknown; it won't or... can't come out. Sure, you can still shift,
Fight, hell, you could be the best fighter that werewolf kind have ever seen, yet, all that's useless when you can't mindlink to know if you're being attacked, don't know when you have found your mate, you can't connect with your wolf or talk to it. s
With this book arises a new legacy, the legacy of twilight winters, an omega of the midst summer pack, omegas are the weakest wolves in a pack's rank but twilight, she's different, although she's an omega, she's strong, she's taken on the beta of her pack and won, but something is missing, it was a gift to become such a strong wolf, never heard of from an omega, but it wasn't free, her wolf never appeared, that only makes her weaker, she has nothing to fight for, she will never feel the Mate's pull and won't feel any more love for her mate than a human, she calls it a blessing as if she gets rejected, she won't feel a thing
But what happens when the alpha of a rival pack's son is her mate, they were paired up from birth, to create a truce, she hates him, he hates here but when they're of age, he realises something, they are mates, he thinks that she ignores the mates pull, but little does he know.
She was warned of the possibility but she never thought possible that she could even HAVE a mate, let alone, it be him....
So the usual werewolf story consists of an alpha finding his mate, before they both end up facing some type of tragedy. And then, they have their perfect happily ever after. In the meantime while the Alpha finds his usual innocent but breathtaking mate, it is as if the rest of the pack's lives have been put on hold.
I mean as long as the alpha and Luna are living in satisfaction who gives a crap about the people who helped contribute to make sure they're happy. What about the Beta who usually has to drop whatever he has going on to assist the Alpha to protect his mate? What about the members of the pack who are ranked lowest, because of what? Genes?
Everyone is designed to have their mate by the moon goddess? No! By God! But when it comes to the Alpha's mate no one else's mate matters. I guess what I'm trying to say is since when did we start playing follow the leader we're not just wolves we are so much more than that we are werewolves.
This story is no tale of an Alpha's mate, nor is it about a Beta's mate. It's not your average fictional book.
Tell me readers. What happens when you take an Alpha out of an Alpha werewolf story? You're just left with a werewolf's story. Aren't you?
