Finding out who killed her brother Matty was always the goal. Emma thought she could leave Willoughby once and for all upon learning who took her brother's life. That was until she stumbled into the world unknown.
Her brother dying opened a whole new world. One with even more secrets and especially more rules and risks. Finding out you're actually a living ghosts is a lot to take in. The life she had always known shattered forever. Emma would never be the same girl she once was.
With the constant threat of a full out war, people are turning to her for guidance and reassurance and answers. When Emma gets a whiff of the prophecy, her life alters even further.
With her whole life being staged and governed by a single prophecy; now she must adjust her character and be a leader to her fellow Transcendents.
Learning the secrets was just the beginning. Her journey is far from over. Stumble further into the world unknown with Emma as she attempts to prevent a full-on Transcendent vs. Delphian war from manifesting in Willoughby.

The Unordinary
Six high school students looks like anyone else acts like anyone else but are capable of things no one else is. They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else.
