But one day, when Headmistress of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Minerva McGonagull was writing the welcome letters to the new first years about to join, she noticed a name that shouldn't have been there. 

James Sirius Potter was about to attend his first year at Hogwarts, and yet the boy couldn't possibly exist.

This is my own version of the next generation's first year at Hogwarts. I wrote the majority of this story long before The Cursed Child came out, so it does not follow a similar plot line. Albus, Rose, and Scorpius struggle to be friends as they are sorted into different houses. Draco and Harry meet again, and this time, things are different. Scorpius explains how his mother died. Pansy Parkinson's son always seems to get in the way. Lucius Malfoy has never been more evil. I've worked extremely hard on this story, so I hope you read it. Enjoy!
