Samantha (Sammy) Wellson. A pretty normal girls, with pretty normals dreams. Ever since she was 9, Sammy has had a list, a list of things she has to do the year before she turns 13. A list of things to do before she isn't a kid anymore, and now a teenager. Sammy needs to complete this lists of tasks before her birthday, but she is on a time crunch. She only has a month and a half to complete 13 tasks. Other that these tasks, she still has to take on the world, if her birthday is coming or not.
