"We could just walk out in the middle of the night and never come back. I don't think they could care less, and it's not like we're fenced in, ya know?" Olam's tone is completely dry of emotion as he uses his knife to get a sliver of shit out of the bottom of his jogger. I managed to miss it on the trail but he wasn't so lucky.
"Yeah, I know. But what we don't know is how far they're willing to go to keep us here. After all, they did go to all the effort of stealing us, raising us and training us for god knows what. There's gotta be some attachment on their part." Sarcasm is written on my upper lip, but a part of me is suddenly triggered.
How far .. am I .. willing to go to get answers. We know only that there is something coming, not what, or when or why, just that we must be prepared to fight for our lives.

160 kids were taken from their parents and placed in a village with only each other and a number of relatively normal, yet strict adult leaders named 'Heads', for an unknown reason. They know not where they came from, why they were taken 19 years ago or what they are wanted for. Only that they have been training in every field known to man since birth. This story is a story of Jennie and Harry, who became friends then best friends and again stranger. So is this the end of their story or god has some different plan. Both Harry and Jennie were poles apart, if Harry says left Jennie goes to right, he was tall with the height of 6 ft. and Jennie was short, he was more of a practical kind of guy and she was very emotional, he loves to drink and smoke and she has never touch it, he got angry on small things but she don't, but with the time they became inseparable. He crouches down not breaking eye contact. -"Stella, I'm... sorry. I acted out on you." I know Jacob, and that probably was hard for him to admit. -"Let me treat your knees." He places a gentle hand over my wound. ~ ~ ~ ~ Her Dad was murdered fighting for what was right, her mom didn't love her dad all that much...or her, she plans to follow her dad's footsteps even though that might lead her to death. Her parents had a planed marriage, her mom was more on the medium class while her dad was lower, that said, he needed money to help some important people and ended up marrying a women he didn't love. She has an awful opinion of men. She loved her dad, but she was still mad at him, for his decisions. A little something might happen in her life to change that perspective.Complete

I was getting ready to start my senior year of high school when my dad was offered a promotion in an ally pack. He was our alpha's younger brother. (In other words my uncle is the Alpha.)
