A mysterious boy arrived at St Freya's Academy with a past so deep, it would easily explain the creation of "Houkai" and provide concrete evidence that the last Civilization 54,000 years ago was indeed wiped out by the True Herrscher, a Houkai being possessing the first core of its kind.
Cecil Hersch entered St Freya's Academy shortly after the Wendy Incident and fell under the care of Theresa Apocalypse, the current Principal of Freya. Unable to figure out who Cecil really was, Theresa attempted to confront him but it would set off a spiral of events leading to the 4th Houkai Impact and resurgency of Schicksal
