After his dreams of becoming a hero were cut short, his visions changed, he started seeing in a new light, his mind twisted and contorted, until he could only see the bad in Heroes, he could only see them as torturers, bullies, not heroes. If anything, the heroes were the villains, the villains were the heroes. Roles have been changed.

After coming into contact with the League Of Villains master, All For One, he grants Izuku a quirk; Sulphuric Fire, otherwise known as Green Fire
This quirk burned his enemies in many ways, torturing them to the extreme.
