I had to get out of here, I could barley breathe and I couldn't risk getting hurt again.
But when does my luck every turn out that well? I barely made it five steps before he had grabbed my wrist.
"Where do you think you're going, I'm not done yet."
"Dammit Holden just let go, I'm not doing this right now."
"No, you don't get to run away anymore, we're not just fucking friends and you know it."
"Well maybe we should just be friends... nobody gets hurt that way."
At this point I was crying and I hated it.
Holden, took me in his arms hugging me tight keeping me in place even though I was fighting him.
He lifted my chin so our eyes would meet.
"I'm not going to hurt you, just let me love you."
And then he leaned down and kissed me gently, and I knew I was fucked because I could no longer deny I was falling in love with Holden Hayes.
