A wild disease created from exposed chemicals in a lab broke out in Japan turning 60% of the population into flesh- eating and bloodsucking monsters. Those that were not affected built a barrier to keep the monsters st bay. No one knows how the monsters have evolved. One day a curious teenage group of humans found an opening in the barrier and they decide to explore the other side . What will happen when that group of humans come into contact with a certain group of monsters their age.(In this story kacchan is gonna be kind but still a bit explosive)
