The year is 2024. And it started when Anastasia found out the pills she takes daily to sustain her life are actually made up of ground-up humans, and its killing her slowly, every day she takes it. 

When Anastasia finds out that a government program called 'Smile' is actually a plot to brainwash citizens to become weapons of America and become the strongest governmental force in the world, she runs before they can take her in. Soon she discovers a guy named Jason, who is also on the run. Together they search for a solution to end this predicament before its too late.

However, soon Jason and Ana realize that Jason is slowly being brainwashed without will, and that they can't seem to stop it. Also, Anastasia is slowly and painfully dying from the lack of pills she hasn't been taking. Will they be able to help the world before its too late? Will they be able to stop Jason from becoming a Smiley? And will Anastasia be able to live to see the day where the 'Smile' program no longer exists?
