Update: I have decided to post edits that had been in my thoughts 

So this is an OC story set in J.K. Rowling's world but the first few chapters are set at Illvermorny.

Connor Simmons was a boy who loved his family but never quite fit in.  When the letter to Illvermorny arrives and he then meets Professor Sarah Holden how will his world change? 

This is a kind of sidestory for another work.
