The Eclair Family isn't on the list of the twenty eight pure blood wizarding families, because they're above that. The Eclair's are wizard royalty. So when one night the mansion goes up in flames killing the parents and leaving their three sons and single daughter to fend for themselves everyone is shocked, scared, confused, and -of course- sympathetic. 

It's no surprise when the eldest of the Eclair children gets accepted into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Shortly followed by his brother, sister, and finally the youngest son.
