Two siblings who realize they got powers but their parents died because they have it, and now the sister gets kidnapped because of the brother who rescues her not only to have to be rescued by her.
They're originally from Japan and moved to America, but I wonder why. As the story progresses they learn a lot about themselves and their powers.

His mother never even mentioned his father, so he supposed she wouldn't have mentioned a twin. He decides that he is going to go to the Isle to find his twin. It has a Vk day, but it takes place before Dizzy and the others. They will be the third line of Vks instead of the second.
