Poetry From the Soul

So I kinda write a lot of poetry and I thought I would take a chance and put myself out there, I don't expect much out of it, but making myself known is very hard, I don't like to stand out...so please no hate.
I don't really read much poetry, but it's the best way for me to express myself.
A lot of stuff I write can be disturbing or triggering so I'll put up warnings
And um if anyone has a better title please tell me...
