Corners of the Castle

Hermione Granger returns to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry to re-take the year she missed when the wizarding world was at war. Both witches and wizards, muggles and magical creatures alike are still recovering from the aftershocks, and Hogwarts along with the people in it has changed. With Harry and Ron gone to train as Aurors and her life thoroughly shaken and ripped apart, Hermione is changed and matured - solitude and distance seem inevitable this year.. and she expects her life to derail even further when her old enemy Draco Malfoy also returns to the walls of the castle, but when she feels their powerful connection, to what lengths will they both go to deny and resist this visceral pull? Can they find happiness in each other? Or are they now both just damaged goods.
