Hundreds of years after the walls keeping supernatural separate from Humans broke, Demons ruled the world, Humans were slaves and near extinction. Briar Desdemona is a Lestari Demon, the off spring of a Human and a Demon, unlike the others she was born for a reason. A prophecy bonded to her birth, this prophecy impacts her impressions on her demonic life and questions if a Human one would be better. She is meant to restore the force sending the supernatural back to their world and allow Humans to assert their stolen world, but with the ability to stay balanced in-between worlds does she really want to live in the one she grew up in or escape with the Humans.
