Evangeline is a runaway trying to get the her unwanted ex off her trail in every possible way. He uses the government as an easier way to find her, given that she had extraordinary powers. She finds a temporary safe apartment in the run down suburbs. Having no other way to pay her bills other than stripping she gets into a grabby situation with a new "customer" and is saved by the sweet, humble Captain America.
