A long time ago, there lived four dealers. The East,The west,the north, and the south. The people who ruled over these lands were absolute assholes. As so the people would say. One day the South proposed that they should join together to form New York City.

Many years later, four 'adopted' children grew up with the most famous drug dealers in all of New York! They were trained to sneak, find, and of course KILL. They would do anything to please there 'parents'.Even a praise was all they needed to have there life to be complete.

What would happen if they meet the turtles who trample the streets of New York City?
