At the age of thirteen everyone is tested to see which of the six marks they when have they go through this test a mark appears on there hand which defines who they are, what they do, and how they live. Corbin can't wait to be tested he would've expected to get any mark except the mark he got. Corbin has always been told that there was only six marks to want until he discovers the seventh.
