A collection of the poems I wrote since grade school till now. This is just the ones I found though cause some of my poems were lost kasi minsan I just write it down sa on any paper na malapit sakin especially kung feel ko lang magsulat kay yung iba nawala na. LOL.

There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally. I am putting this out for the whole world to see because I hope everyone will learn from my experience. People can see. We have no excuses to continue living our lives in ignorance. ...WARNING... please don't read this (i laugh here, but i'm not joking). this is a relic. consider this the museum of my progression in writing. you can find the better (marginally) stuff from this one in "Poems (collection 2.0)". Thoughtful, often sad, and angry poems. It's an outlet. A way to be heard. Not genius; only jumbled messes of the multitude of my thoughts fighting their way out of my brain. [Compilation of Short Stories] "What is love?" I remember my professor once asked us that question. Naalala ko rin kung paano ito sagutin ng mga kaklase ko. Iba't iba ang mga sagot nila na ipinagtaka ko. Bakit ni isang beses ay hindi nagkatugma ang sinabi nila sa isa't isa? Bakit iba't iba ang mga pananaw nila sa salitang "love"? Some said that love is blind. Some of them said that love is just an emotion of a human. That love makes you stupid. Or that love is caring for another person. So, what is love? Is there no particular meaning behind it? Why did my classmates say different meanings when it is just one simple word? I remember how confused I was at that time. I started to read novels, manhwas, and watch dramas that tackle love or romance. And that's when I realize, The best way to know the meaning of love is to experience it yourself.

Nope, this is not fiction-or it might be. It depends on you. This is not a typical story-I don't even know if this is worthy of being called a story. There are no characters in here that you can cheer on but yourself. You've got to be the main character in a story once, and I think that alone is enough to convince you to take this shot. Well, if you are emotional, dramatic, and insane like me, you can relate. My chapters aren't your chapters, but I bet we're on the same page. My words are your words, if you allow them. I think this is bad, but it's on you to judge. Just read it. Especially if you are young or you're feeling young. You have nothing to do anyway.
