Life in Tulsa isn't exactly a piece of cake for Jackqueline Sammons, especially when she has the privilage of being Dallas Winston's cousin. Boys know to stay away from her and her cousin Skylar Winston, or else Dallas will have it out for them. Jacqueline lives with her strict parents, and most nights Skylar stays with them while Dallas is at Bucks- Mr. and Mrs. Sammons see him as a bad influnce. Dallas shelters the girls away from the gang because he dosen't want them to end up like him: constantly running from the cops or in jail, but one day, Jacqueline happens to run into a few boys at the DX, and everything changes from there on out.
