Team Voltron is playing what seems like a friendly game of Monsters & Mana. Shiro, the leader of the group decides that this would be an amazing way to work on cooperation and bonding, mainly for Keith and Lance, a pair who are constantly arguing about tiny things. Coran, the narrator of the game decides to incorporate a portal into the game known as the Portal of Real. The portal takes who ever goes inside and puts them into a simulation of the game. Shiro, Pidge and Hunk work together to push Keith and Lance into the portal to help them get along. After pushing them in, Keith and Lance soon find out that the only way to escape is to beat the game. Will Keith and Lance ever get out? Hunk and Pidge went to a different planet to help people, and so did Coran and Allura. Shiro, Keith and Lance go on another mission to a planet where no one lives. They need to find a special living plant on the planet to make the Cryogenic Pods work properly again. Shiro choose the two boys because they always fought, but he hopes they won't now.
