Life. It's all an illusion. Where one must contribute to society or be left in the dust. Many think this is what life is, to graduate from school, get a degree, get a job, get married, have kids, watch them grow up and eventually get old and someday die. However, there must be a reason to be given this life and that's what I'm trying to figure out.

This is our world, where kids at the age of thirteen begin fighting the dangers that face our world; they train and at the age of eighteen they will be put out into the real world. Schools were built everywhere, and kids were moved up based on their age. My world was a little different, my brother and I were trained ever since we could walk; we were put into battle once we reached seven years old. Ramblings of a drunken monkey
This biography of personal philosophy was started when I was inebriated, the middle bit was done when enlightened and the ending wrote itself. I've dipped in and out of this between life, work, parenting, writing a fiction novel or two, training and healing along the whole way. These are the words that come to me about, well, everything; the way the world works and indeed doesn't work in my eyes. Whether it will work in the end remains to be seen but indeed during the two years I've been writing this the world has changed, both for the better and the worse. Wars, murder, politics, religious hysteria and mass hate has been balanced by an increase in enlightenment, acceptance of alternative therapies and widespread use of 'mindfulness' and the will for peace. In this time societies have stretched to the limits of depravity and saintliness and I presume will eventually break or twang back to an uncomfortable medium. Whilst it has been horrible to watch at times I have to admit that these extremes are necessary for a population to understand how far it can and should go, like a small child who tests at being good and bad to see it's parents reactions before settling into a balanced middle ground. The question there is, what are the parents like? Well, as I see it, Dad's a bit of a devil and Mum's an angel so I'm sure the kid will turn out alright in the end.Concluida

"Israel, we have to go!" I yelled. "NO!" He yelled back. "THIS IS THE CLOSEST I GOT TO MY SIBLINGS! I CANT GO BACK, NOT NOW!" Daniel is a regular teenager. He's a troublemaker. When he gets expelled from his old school, he's been sent to Star High school. But this high school isn't like any other. The students are children of angels and demons. Daniel is one of them too, but he doesn't know who. His dad has been absent most of his life. There's no pictures of him, no memories of him. When Daniell gets used to this school, everyone basically started the same way Daniel did. But they all learned how to catch up. Now, it's Daniel's turn. Everyone expects the kids to act and behave just like their parents. They're all trying, at least.

What is Hell?
In Hell there is internet and 80" TVs. - When people think of Hell or hears descriptions from others of what Hell looks like, immediately images of fire and demons come to mind. But is this the real hell that awaits those who either were not taught a religion or decided not to believe in what their parents taught them? Through my seven decades of sojourning on this earth and after years of studies in biblical theology, philosophy, clinical psychology, eastern religions, newer technologies and the experience of every day life, I have come to understand that the only Hell that a loving God can provide to us humans after failing, would be to send us back to this earth for another term until "we get it". Or in other words in Hell we have internet and big screen TVs.Concluida
Sixteen Year Old Vampire
Never in my life has my mom ever said something so horrible, so disgusting. Never in my sixteen years of living, have I heard something so awful and cruel. When Mom said those five words, I felt like my world was ending, and that my life was over. "You're going to high school." Now, I know what you're thinking. What's so bad about high school? Well, nothing if you're a normal, responsible human. But, that's just the thing. I'm not human. I'm a vampire. And, I've watched a hundred human movies to know that high school is horrible. Leaving Hell (Book 3 in the Dark Angel series)
Growing up in hell has been completely normal to me, being surrounded by demon's and evil soul's is nothing, they don't scare me. But the day mom told me I will be I would be going to high school, now that scared me. I have managed to put her off til I turned seventeen, that was a few month's ago and school starts next week. I have no idea how to blend into their world. Sure I visit from time to time when I was younger but not lately. I have spent my time here, studying and learning to fight. Going up there means dealing with people's opinions of me and what I am. My mother is a wolf and my father was a wolf until there were hunters that attacked us my father thought the only way to protect my mother and sister was if he became a vampire So when they found out my mother was pregnant with me they were confused my father thought my mother was having an affair since vampires can't procreate so they went to a witch and she told my parents that I am my father's child. The witch had told them that I am a wolf but with vampire blood in my system so if I die I'll become a hybrid.Concluida
