Sierra has always been different form other teenagers. She prefers to go on long walks, hang out with the homeless, and loves being outside.
There's also the fact that her biological father is sports master. She has two older sisters, Jade and Artemis. Her mother is in a wheelchair and only wants what's best for her two youngest daughters.
When Simon and vandal savage decide to kidnap Sierra, just to piss sports master off, Simon tries to attack her mind. But for some reason he can't. Why you ask? It's because Sierra is a meta- human. She has the ability to block psychics from her mind, she can also create a shield as strong as super man.
Sports master is beyond pissed at Simon and savage. He may care more about his reputation, but he still loves his daughters, and his wife. Nobody messes with his girls and gets away with it.
I don't own any characters from young justice, only Sierra.

14 year old Jade Knight is the Jester, adopted daughter of The Joker and Harley Quinn. She's been with them since she was a young child but spent a few of those years training with assassins. She is meant to take over the role of being the Joker but to do so she has to kill Robin. Robin is guessed to attend Gotham Academy so Jade is sent there undercover as a new student but finding Robin is harder than it looks. She makes a friend called Dick Grayson and after a while he starts to make the things the Joker and Harley put into her head go away and she sort of changes and realises she doesn't actually want to be the Jester anymore. She finally tells Joker and Harley she doesn't want to be the bad guy anymore but they don't accept it and try to kill her. She's then saved by the league but when she wakes up Joker is gone and left a broadcast announcing that Jade was the Joker, the one thing she feared most of becoming and it breaks her making her loose what's left of her sanity. Nearly two years later she finds out that Dick didn't die and that he was under a new name, Nightwing.
