The capitol incident was a week ago. Snow's and Coin's death was as well. The transformation started. And after all that I went through, I went underground.

District 13. An endless field of tunnels, bunkers, pipes, and survival over the years. One thing I noticed about 13, the hospital. Cold, strict, clean, and cured.

They harbored a lot of mentally unstable people, including me.
