Living Life, Frame by Frame
Through a camera lens, you can capture certain moments of life. This book will be a collection of short stories and poems that will be based off of photos that I have taken. If a short story or poem has themes that some may find sensitive or triggering, this will be mentioned at the start. All photos will also be displayed at the start, so you can view the photo before/while reading. WHEN THE RAIN FORGOT TO FALL
I wrote this because I needed to survive it. Because there are some feelings too big for silence. Some heartbreaks too heavy to carry alone. This isn't fiction. This is my heart, broken open and rearranged into verse. "I saw you standing where the sidewalk curves, and suddenly my chest knew different words." - That's how it started. A glance. A stranger. A feeling I couldn't ignore. "You said we needed to talk. Those five words, I knew. I already knew." - And that's how it ended. Not with fire. With silence. I won't tell you that time heals all wounds. I won't say everything happens for a reason. I won't pretend heartbreak makes you stronger. But I will show you that: You can survive what you think will destroy you. You can break and still become beautiful. You can love someone and lose them and still be whole. You can be your own happy ending. I wrote these poems with tears on my face. I wrote them on good days when I forgot to hurt. Every word is something I actually felt. Every line is a moment I actually lived. "You are not broken. You are breaking open. And that's where the light gets in." - That's what this taught me. That's what I hope it gives you, the comfort of knowing you're not alone.Complete
Ink Me In Ghost Words
I never meant to keep the letters. I only wrote them to spill the words I couldn't say aloud to bleed the truth onto paper, seal it, and let time quietly carry it away. But time didn't take them. You stayed etched in every unsent line, every silence I tried to write through. This isn't a love story, It's the aftermath of love when it fades without noise, when hearts break quietly, and memories linger in ink that never dries. He was the goodbye I never spoke, and I was the story he never finished reading. So for every draft left unopened, for every feeling buried deep, and every love that never found its ending will you ever return to me, or will I keep writing letters while you continue to ink me in ghost words?Complete

2019 Writing Scrapbook
2019 brings a new year and new life to my writing. As such, I will share all of my poetry, short stories, and snippets of writing within this scrapbook that is written during the course of 2019. The Moon Remembers: After the War
"The moon remembers what he forgot. Where love was promised, even as memories faded. The river still flows, and the moon still watches us. It has become the silent keeper of everything his memories left behind: every vow, every touch, every whispered dream shared beneath its glow and beside the shimmering river. Promises made just for the two of us. Though he no longer remembers, the moon does. It holds the love he lost, the love I still carry." ----- Years after her husband's death, she still writes letters by moonlight, holding on to a love lost in war. Everyone says she's foolish for waiting. Until he returns... alive, but with no memory of her and a new life that doesn't include her. Now, she must choose: hold on to a love that's already gone, or let go of the only man she ever waited for. ----- Author's Claim: This is my first time publishing a story and I know I still need improvement. I'm not a professional writer, just someone with a heart full of memories, emotions, and a love that never found its ending. Every word I've written comes from a place of longing, loss, and the hope that maybe someone out there understands. I don't know where this story will go, or if it's enough... But I do know it's real. And if you're reading this, thank you because it means the story is no longer just mine. I'm always searching for something worth staying for but I can't seem to find that until then please don't mind me because I'm just a traveler passing through. When I'm not satisfied or happy I'll leave and find a new path, so just let me say goodbye... Can I say goodbye? I wrote till my hands bruised and heart bled. I wrote and wrote in hopes that some day, somebody will understand my words and all the things I wish I could say... Each poem is a story. My story. Some are fictional but most of them are true.
