Average was the best way to describe Layla. She wasn't a wasn't a wallflower but she wasn't the centre of attention either, nothing unique to intrigue. At home she had her work cut out for her in the mist of her chaotic siblings. She's the third oldest in the seven, but she takes the the responsibility of the oldest.






Fresh out of college and filled willed with dreams and aspirations, she can't wait to leave her home and be fully independent. Finding a good job that fits her criteria poses a constant issue. She needs a job that's not too far from home, pays good, has a good working environment and hopefully a great boss. She knew it was impossible for a job to reach those criteria's but she was hoping for something similar. She knew all the hard work it took to get her degree, she still has a bucket of loans to pay off, a good job will be a great reward for all her stress. After turning down too many 'okay' but not 'great'  jobs, she's stuck working for a shitty bus, in the dirtiest work environment that doesn't even pay well.




Joshua Austen, an average, yet not so average, guy from an average home. ( no rich guy offers her a dream job, way too cliche).  The middle Child in the home of three and the best brother ever, according to Cody, his younger brother. The outdoor's are his safe place, he place of tranquility. He is a master of games and getting whatever he wants, do you dare play his games?

These two average people have something to hide, something that makes them not so average, something for them to cling to, something to have.
