I woke up in a cold, damp room. There were no windows or lights, all I could see was a never-ending darkness. Everything around me was covered in about an inch or two of water. My hair and clothes were soaked, and the cold was sinking deep into my skin, into my nerves.

"Hello! Is anybody there?" I raised my voice as I continued.

No response.

I was going to have to save myself.

Light flooded in. I shielded my eyes against the harsh light as I stood here, ankle deep in water, wondering so many things.

I had so many questions.

Where am I? How did I get here? And why can't I remember before the darkness?

Evie Morgan is a 17 year old girl who can't remember her life before she was kidnapped by the government. She can't remember her family, her best friend, her boyfriend. But they all remember her.
