~10K's POV~

     I had my sniper thrown over my shoulder as I walked to the black pick up truck the group I had just saved owned. Moments before I jumped into the back of the truck I heard a growl and was tackled to the ground by a Z before I had any time to react. All my focus was to get the Z off me and not get bitten, but then the Z was gone and all you heard was the sound off flesh being ripped. That's when I saw it, a wolf, black as night, it's eyes a glowing yellow, standing over what was left of the Z with blood dripping down it's muzzle staring right at me.
