What would happen if soon-to-be-doctor Martha wasn't taken as the next doctor's companion after the trip to the moon but a patient instead? Eleanor Rose John has been a patient in this hospital for the last two years. Nothing different ever happens there but sick people getting better and really sick people dying. If Eleanor ever has to be the later then she wants to see what is there beyond these walls of the hospital.

I do not own Doctor Who or any of the episodes all right belong to BBC. I only own Eleanor and all other characters I make up.
