During this time hes spend 30 years in prison for flashpoint and savitar and spent the other 170 raising a family and exploring planets(Krypton and Mars).
During this time we learn how Barry adjusts to life back on earth with his daughter where he recovers from PTSD after a war against daximites and deals with his growing feelings towards Kara Zo-El.
