Henry Wise is a known detective in Davao City, Philippines. His surname points as a fact. In every crime he had solved, he implied intense observations and clever entanglements. Though he may seem to have no conflicts at all, an incognito killer is roaming free in their village and this annoys him. This killer is a complex one, since he had helped the police department solve very intriguing cases. But this unknown menace is one step ahead of them. The killer's advantage led to the death of many murderers as well as the dangerous ones. Henry feels there is a perfectly sensible reason for the killer's actions and he is determined to stop him as soon as possible, before many deaths may occur.All Rights Reserved
