When Aoi and Aki, twins from the rich Kimura family, enrols at Ouran Academy after their mothers illness in America, things are about to get interesting after they push open the doors of what they thought to be an abandoned music room... To find a host club instead!

Things gets even more exciting when they were recruited by the host club. Though the thing is... Aoi and Aki, who has short hair and do not wear the uniform and dresses like two boys, are to be found by the host club that they are actually girls! What would happen after the enrolment? After all the time of pushing everyone else aside, would the Kimura twins change? Would they find friendship, adventure... Or maybe even love behind the doors of music room 3?
