Sage Mackenzie has exactly two people that she cares about. More if you count the ones that lie beyond the grave. It's her fault they're dead, she has no right to mourn them. Sage doesn't want forgiveness, but she needs it. When she moves into a new apartment two years after being disowned by her parents, she finds that her attitude won't cut it in the face of the kind, if somewhat odd, group of strangers living next to her. Sage needs forgiveness and she's about to get it. Whether she likes it or not.
