Chigau is not a normal person in this world but most people arnt. Their quirk is to mold their body, which includes the ability to change gender at will. They were born a female, but when they were in preschool,the teacher saw them change into a male. Quriks have to do with what the people before them had, but no one has ever had any kind of quirk like they have.
