A young boy named Marshall decided to run away from his traumatic childhood home. Soon running into another boy named Lillan during a terrible blizzard. Lillan has access to magic that no other human in their world can possess, saving Marsh from the cold embrace of death. They learn together and survive together through the terrible land of curses, necromancy, and sorcery that fills and runs through the soil. Though, soon a terrible fate occurs many years after they fall in love. Almost losing each other again in the same snow they had found each other in.
