God has disappeared and archangel Gabriel and his outcast angels have started a war with humanity in hopes of bringing him back. Michael doesn't want to get close to Scarlett because of a dark secret, but his love for her is too strong. He knows he's making a mistake but he hopes that this time it would be different. How can they be together when the world around them is collapsing and Gabriel is getting closer each day in winning the war and bringing extinction to humanity?
