"Lot 666 then," as the attention turns back to the auctioneer, he says, "a chandelier in pieces..." a few men walk over to the chandelier, currently covered with cloth.
"Some of you may recall the strange affair, of 'The Phantom of The Opera...'" the auctioneer says, as a man moves a ladder out of the way of the men.
"A mystery never fully explained," says the auctioneer, as the Vicomte's wheelchair is pushed closer. Madame Giry slowly turns around to the chandelier. "We're told, ladies and gentlemen, that this is the very chandelier... which figures in the famous disaster."
"Our workshops have repaired it and wired parts of it for the new electric light." The auctioneer says, as the men stand by, ready to pull it up.
"Perhaps we can frighten away the ghost of so many years ago..." he pauses.
"....With a little illumination."

I've Always Been Here
This is my first story writing on my phone so you'll have to excuse my spelling errors. This is a Phantom of the Opera x oc. There was young girl who was studying to ballet who went to a traveling fair. Her group was guided to a tent that had "The Devil's Child" in a cage. The worker took the bag off the poor boy's face to show the his face was deformed. The boy being around the young girl's age. The worker began to beat the boy as everyone laughed and had fun. Everyone but the young girl. Once the show was over, everyone started to leave, including the young girl. But she stopped to look back at the boy only to see him strangling the worker from behind with a rope. She hurried over and help the boy out of the cage as an angry mob started, calling the boy "murderer". The young girl hurried out with the mob following. She went over to the Opera House and opened a secret entrance for the boy to enter before running to the doors and went in. She made her way below the Opera House and found the boy where she left him and grabbed his hand, dragging him further and hiding him from the cruel world. This young girl was me. Roxanne Daae. Older sister to Christine Daae. And this is the story of how I fell in love with the Phantom of the Opera.Concluida

My clammy hands shook with emotion as I slid the beautiful, diamond ring off my finger. The disfigured man helplessly gazed into my eyes, transforming my soul. I was the only one to look past his hideous physical appearance, to know how to comfort a creature of darkness; I couldn't bare holding in my emotions any longer. Tears plunged down my pale cheeks and I looked down to take his hand. Making sure not to drop the small item, I closed his rough fingers around the ring.
