In a world where children are being born with enhanced abilities and supernatural powers, crime is at an all time high. They call them 'bionics,' even though little about them is manmade. Government leaders all over the world are desperate to contain them, believing that putting an end to them will ensure the safety of their citizens. As strange things continue to happen in this mad world, a group of masked heroes make themselves known.
