Rickard Lynch is an rookie undercover police officer tasked to investigate a very possible terrorist attack that could happen in the future. He is smart, thinking first, and shooting second. But that's where his virtues end. His reckless nature and temper have earned him distinction amongst his colleagues. And he has a past that is enough to get him transferred from one branch to another.

But sometimes the past comes to bite one back. Rickard's past included gang relations with a gang named 'the Hounds'. A past which Rickard must now embrace, no matter how much he hates it, so that he can scour the underworld for clues to the terror cells.

Can he uncover the threat in time? Or will he succumb to his past?
