Kim Taehyung is the newly appointed Chief Medical Surgeon at the Seoul branch of YF hospitals. Working under the Medical Director, Oh Sehun, he leads a well and healthy professional life.
He's a decent guy with a normal background and nothing out of the ordinary. But only if....

Just a few months after his appointment, things start taking a turn for the unexpected. Nothing is as it seems anymore when the WINGS's get involved.

The WINGS is an underground organisation working to keep Seoul functioning and wealthy under their command.

They are not the only one in the city with power though. EXO leads the other half of the city with their iron fist and sneaky ways.

Even still the city functions just as any normal metropolitan city.
Only people who are needed to be aware are aware of these people who keep pulling strings from the dark. But everyone still has a vague idea, especially the ones who are working indirectly under them through their fair business fronts such as marketing, hospitals, resturants, etc. Almost all the businesses running in the city are directly or indirectly under WINGS.

Even with all of this, no one has ever seen the leader of this overpowered organization. Or just no one lived to tell.

Still people have accepted this and lead a normal and carefree life knowing that WINGS means no harm to those who lead their life rightfully so and don't try to cross paths with them unnecessarily.

Until Taehyung comes along and changes it all.

What happens when he gets himself tangled in this dangerous war of the underground ruling powers.
