Dormant quirks are Rare, powerful yet also... useless. It had no true purpose until it was given a purpose.

Dormant quirks are useless, they had said. They won't do much.

Midoriya Izuku will prove them wrong though. As his own dormant quirk will be awakened, a power that tests the barriers of One For All and expands its powers by itself.

Of course there was a reason.

Enhancement and war senses may have been the reasons Midoriya Izuku was expecting.

War evolution was something completely new.

The ability to go through evolution, make you body stronger, your mind faster and you instincts sharper. Until you're unstoppable.

The villains have a thing to be scared of...

And that is Izuku Midoriya.
