This is about 3 lost agents trying to find a way out of the metro to finally seek their freedom. They've been trapped there ever since they have gone to deafeat the sanatized octarians. Though they have not known that they were sanatized in the first place.

Agent 8 has panic inducing nightmares from when he was forced to fight Agent 3 underground. For some unknown reason, Agent 4 is the only one who can calm the Octoling. It's been 4 years since Three saw Eight, and she's getting pretty depressed by that. The fact that the team just recovered from the "Fuzzy goo invasion", and being promoted to captain, isn't really helping much with the captain's personal problems. But when Eight seems to go missing, and there are reports of an invasion where she lives, Captain Three starts getting worried. DISCLAIMER: I have not played the latest splatoon game yet, so NO SPOILERS PLZ. Everything here that relates to the game is pure speculation from the trailer.
