"Brenna, I'll love you forever and always..." were Diane Kate's last words before going into labor and getting in a car with a man who is shamefully my father. That intoxicated drunk killed my angel of a mother in a crash with my unborn sister. It all came down on me too fast. The Kate family fell apart leaving just me. No aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, grandparents, nobody. 
 So I ran. Leaving the cops to go out searching for me- a new orphan to the world. I just kept going. I didn't want to be found. 
 Money was a crucial desire. I needed it desperately and more than anything. I had to rob it I just had to. Food was on my mind. That's when the adrenaline started pumping through my veins and I had a craving for more, more, more! This was fun.
