BakuDeku Hanahaki Disease

Katsuki doesn't remember when he first fell in love with Izuku, all he remembers is getting diagnosed with the deadly and extremely rare Hanahaki Disease at the age of four. He grows up trying to deal with the purple and white lilacs growing in his lungs and throat while training to become a hero.

Will he finally get the surgery his mom been begging him to get? Will Izuku ever return his feelings? Or will Katsuki let himself suffocate to death before swallowing his pride and picking one of the other two options?
