Every 500 years, a girl and a boy who are significantly different from normal people, are born. 
These girl and a boy, possess enormous amount of power, and look completely different . 
The girls are usually with red scarlet hair, just like the dawn, and own a pair of yellow shining eyes. 
The boys have black raven like hair, and dark blue eyes, like the ocean. 
But after 500 years, a girl is born, with golden hair which was never seen before, and red bloody eyes. She had the colors reversed, yet was known for her tremendous power she holds. 

Although she was never a queen from the start, those who are born special, are known for being fearsome, and great queens and kings.
